At PleadThe8th Justice Gear, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you encounter any issues, please review our return and refund policy below.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

  • Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If something arrives damaged, provide your order number and send photographs of the damaged goods to shop@pleadthe8th.com. If the issue is our fault, we will cover the cost of the return.

  • Incorrect Item

If you receive an incorrect item (different from what you ordered), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a description of the incorrect item received. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • Customer Errors

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items ordered due to customer errors (e.g., incorrect size, color, or change of mind). We encourage you to double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

  • Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Coupon Codes

If you used a coupon code to make your purchase, we will exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. If you are exchanging your purchase for something else, we will apply your credit towards the new item at their current price. A previously used coupon code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at shop@pleadthe8th.com.  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

PleadThe8th Justice Gear shop reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
